At Shine Painting Sydney we provide our valued customers with $500 off the total quotation for painting works that are scheduled 1 month prior to commencement.
Internal or/and external painting can be applied to provide aesthetics and prolong the life of the property. It can be accomplished through specialised paint which Shine Painting is able to execute in different applications. The applications are endless, could be texture or spray painting, varnishing or so.
Staining is the process of dissolving solvents with colors onto material surfaces that would subsequently be absorbed by substrates materials such as timber. Staining can be difficult or easy to perform, it involves using properly aged timber boards and using dye or pigment finish depending on the finish.
Painting substances that may use the combination of one or more materials such as, sand, metal, leather, wood, ribbon and lace that portray forth a feeling and sense, making a statement. It is more matt based finish therefore can be used for walls with imperfections and uneven. Special effect paints are appearing on the market place, giving different finishes, for example metallic, stone, silk or suede.
Mechanical wash sprayer is the using approximately up to 30,000 psi to remove, clean and prepare substrate materials from debris. Shine painting has used this application and has proven to be effective and efficient in remove unwanted adhesive to surfaces that need preparation. At Shine painting services, we normally use high pressure systems for walls, roofs and floors.

From beginning to end, Bill and his crew at First Place Painting made this whole interior/exterior painting project of ours as smooth as could be. I could go on and on about how great they were; always punctual, always responsive, professional, extremely neat and clean, courteous, hardworking and focused on the job the whole day, fair pricing, clear estimates, etc... And when our deck threw them a curveball, and required more work then originally planned, they didn't flinch. It's just beautiful now. Thank you Conner, et al! Tony came to our house to paint a bedroom. He was prompt, professional and polite. He was so quiet, I forgot he was there. When he was finished he cleaned the bedroom as if he was never there. The paint was perfect and not a single drop on furniture nor carpet. Highly recommend, First Place Painting!

I needed my front door, screen door, side light and trim painted. It was all peeling and bubbling. I had been waiting on another company to get this done for 6 months. So I gave up and turned to First Place Painting. They were VERY responsive and easy to work with. Never left me hanging. They answered all my questions quickly and accurately. Nick did a great job on the sanding, some small repair work to the window in the door and did a great job painting overall. Kept me informed along the way. This may not have been a huge job but it was very important to me - it is the front door after all. They

First Place Painting is by far one of the best subcontractors we have ever used. From the first meeting with the owner Bill Ferst through the final walk through with team leader Tony, we were impressed with their knowledge of the business, professionalism, and the thorough processes that they employed throughout the project. This is the third time we had First Place Painting, with Bill and his team come out to complete some projects at our house. We had a laundry list of items to complete since we had water damage over this past winter that added to our original scope of work. They did an amazing job from the beginning with Bill coming out and aligning on quote. Jennifer helping us to pick out colors. Then the team that arrived and completed the work. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to have some painting/woodwork detail done.
