One of My neighbours hired Melbourne wildlife and pest control for setting up traps for catching foxes in our area and I got letter in my mail regarding that and his contact details. When i contacted him explaining that my cat or any other cat can get trapped in the fox traps ,he was really rude and said that its not his problem and its owners responsibility to restrain the cats to their backyard for 2 weeks and if he catches my cat in the trap he will surrender my cat to the pound and he hung up on me.He works with wildlife so he should be aware that cats cannot be restrained to their backyard

Very rude and non professional. His website says that he works 24h and also his notification says to call him if we have any trouble but when you call him he is rude and ask you to call him on his "business hours". He doesnt car about hurting your pets if you have any. Be careful!

At around 4 o’clock this morning an incredibly large ringtail possum fell though the manhole in my ceiling and escaped into my bathroom.
Ken arrived promptly at 9 o’clock that same morning and successfully managed to capture and release the possum all within a 5 -10 minute time frame.
I highly recommend his services and would hire him again should any other problems arise.

We unknowingly moved into a house in inner Melbourne that was infested with mice! We could even see them run around our house while we were in there. Melbourne Wildlife & Pest Control came in and treated the house and we have not seen a mouse since. Whatever this company does, it really works! Thank you so much.
