Massage is a natural therapy and is one of the principle methods of treating most musculoskeletal problems. At Allcoast Massage Killarney Vale we have a professional massage team of qualified male and female remedial massage therapists. We offer a range of modalities for all musculoskeletal complaints, specialising in the treatment of muscle and joint pain, headaches, sport and work related injuries, corrective exercise and stretch and strength programs.
Dry needling uses small needles the same as acupuncture needles to 'deactivate' trigger points. Trigger points are the tight fibrous areas of muscle, which can impact on the muscles performance and often cause pain locally as well as referred pain. Needles are single use and inserted into the muscle fibre where the trigger point has been located by the therapist.
