Got our first claim this summer, it’s been very difficult to get in touch with them. When you call them it’s an automatic answering machine telling you to call back during the business hours, when I am calling during the business hours! No replies on emails either, I’m afraid that we have been scammed with this insurance…

Unfortunately, I could not get any coverage from the company. I had a small damage, but after they confirmation to compensate, they disappeared. There is no any VAT information in their web site and no any address or registration data. In my point of view this is tricky company and not fully legal. Their phone number is UK, but autoreply is in Arabic language. Be careful.
