Short stint working with this agency. Unfortunately it didn't work out.
Rates of pay are pretty poor given that holiday's are rolled into the hourly rate however not especially unusual for the type of work offered unfortunately. Take home pay around £88 for a 12 hour shift, minus an hours break taken from your wages.
Expectation in the contract is to pick up a shift a week, which as an adhoc worker wasn't ideal given I already worked 40+ hours per week. Limited local work other than care/nursing homes working 1-to-1 with very challenging service users, putting out fires with very poor/non-existent

This agency are quite bias in their dealings in regards to treating employee unequally in terms of preferential treatment of some staff over another. I have never seen such an unprofessional establishment in my life. They charge you for uniform, training and they don't pay travel if you go out of your jurisdiction to cover shifts because it is business for them, they don't care about you as a worker.
