Couldn't recommend Arctic Air more. They were very responsive with organising a quote, sent a reminder text the day before, turned up on time and had a detailed quote to me quickly. They worked super fast and were very organised and tidy. Very friendly people too! We will definitely be using them again.

Arctic Air repaired my ducted air conditioner and failed to seal off the gas properly. This was picked up by another repairman and cost me another $300 to replace gas that had leaked. This happened in August 2020. Despite promises of reimbursement, several calls and texts, I have not received any money to date. Disappointing and feel as if I am being fobbed off.

Can’t recommend Arctic Air highly enough. They did everything right from the beginning, resulting in a visit from Vince who was on time and very professional throughout. He answered all of my questions and provided an honest and frank assessment our system. On top of that he fixed our issue in short order for an exceptionally reasonable price.
