We purchased my eternity ring from Cliveden. They had an amazing range of designs and were able to match it perfectly to go with my wedding and engagement rings which we also purchased at this store. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly as always. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Cliveden.

My husband bought me a pair of earrings for Christmas from this shop. I was disappointed to say the least. The earrings are supposed to be white gold, but to be honest they do not look or feel like white gold at all. One of the earrings does not close properly either, so I'll have to take it to someone to get it fixed, as I keep losing it.
The box didn't have any name or logo written on it, neither did the carry bag. It looks like something purchased from some cheap Asian shop.
To be honest I feel bad for my husband who spent so much money on something like this.

The customer service in this store and quality for the price of their jewellery are both terrible. My partner and I went in, I was looking for a pair of diamond earrings that I was happy to pay at least $2500 for, we both are younger and were instantly judged and ignored by the shop assistant. Not until I went up to her and asked to see some of the jewellery did she take notice. After that I wasn’t interested in spending so much at the store so I settled on a pair of pearl earrings to try first. The store presents wonderfully however it is the customer experience where we have had difficulty in. My husband was judged upon entering the store (he was in his tradie clothes) and was shown cheaper engagement rings, it wasn't until he gave his price range when others were suddenly shown to him.
The engagement ring resize took approximately 8 weeks and needed to be done twice (I needed to pressure the delivery date as the ring wasn't looking like it was going to be ready for our engagement party).

My fiance and I first went instore to look around, we were greated nicely and customer service was great, they let me take my time looking and trying rings on. To my suprise my fiance purchased my dream ring from Cliveden. Went in yesterday to try on wedding bands and once again great customer service and allowed me to try on many rings, the lovely lady instantly knew what would match my engagement ring and made sure the quality was the same so it didnt damage my engagement ring.
