I'm not sure why but my recent inquiry was met with some fairly bad service. I spoke to one of the mechanics there Joshua I think regarding my vehicle and the response was basically not worth fixing just get rid of it. Unfortunately this was my dad's car that he gave me before he died and I was hoping to getnit running right. I ended up going to another garage in Rocky and they were happy enough to at least get it running a little less rough. Not sure why they wouldn't look at it but oh well. I guess the old Repco mantra rings true. Very disappointed.

Dion is friendly and a great communicator. He clearly explains what needs to be done (and why!) and seeks approval before undertaking work on any problems he diagnoses. I think it’s fantastic that he’ll let you know what urgently needs repair, what can wait a while if you wish, and what to keep an eye on in the future. He is efficient, affordable and trustworthy - exactly what you need in a mechanic!

I spoke with Dean from Dion's Mechanical about getting my car serviced. He was super helpful and my car was serviced in a timely manner. Dean quoted additional repairs and emailed them through for me to view. Definitely great service, affordable and they go the extra mile.

Outstanding service. Dion and his team were incredibly friendly, took time to listen to us and gave us a very good price for the work they did. They were honest and down to earth and they went out of their way to ensure we were helped as much as possible. Our old van continued to display separate issues after we left but Dion kept in contact with us, directed us another mechanic and ensured we were safely back on the road. Over and above service and the best we have received from a mechanic - especially as travellers.
