I’ve used flowers across Melbourne a few times now. They make beautiful arrangements and are very well priced. I get an email when the flowers are on their way and another one when they’ve been delivered. They don’t just do flowers. They have something for every occasion. I highly recommend these guys.

I had 10 bunches of flowers to be delivered to 10 locations. The website was fantastic but I always like to deal with a human, so I rang and they were absolutely great. On Sunday morning, the day of delivery, I realised that 2 of my recipients had moved and I hadn't got their updated addresses. I rang and the phone was answered and the change of address no problem. The flowers were gorgeous and much appreciated by all! Would highly recommend!

Ordered last minute and they were so prompt in accepting and delivering the order. I also requested a image of the package before it was sent and they responded not even 5 minutes later with the image and they gave me the time it will be delivered and of course it was delivered at that time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality flowers, speedy service and delivery! Thank you again, my sister raved how awesome the flowers were and of course the chocolates too!

You know this was coming Sophie after a substandard bunch of flowers, a very late delivery and our conversation.
I ordered rambling roses for my wife’s birthday a week before the delivery and I waited whole day for the flowers to get delivered and it got delivered but only couple minutes before there delivery deadline of 7 PM, which the owner was still proud of that they met their end of bargain by delivering before deadline. Point taken and no arguments on that as I was foolish to believe that it will be deliver well before the deadline but You don’t deliver someone’s birthday flowers when

I came across Flowers Across Melbourne and looked through their selection.
After finding the perfect bunch, I proceeded with the order. Admittedly, I had no idea how they would look (the florist created the arrangement with colour and greenery) because I had never ordered flowers without physically being at a florist.
My friend received the order the next day, sent me a photo and I was blown away.

I give them 10 stars if I can!! Not only are they reasonably priced, their customer service is excellent. On the delivery day, their customer service team (a real person!) rang to tell me that the driver was running slightly late. When I explained that it may miss my friend's farewell, Sophie was super professional, promptly re-routed the driver and he got there in time. My friend was over the moon with her lovely bouquet! Thank you so much, Flowers Across Melbourne, for making this happen. Great service from a fantastic team!
