Front staff are very friendly and professional, always following up and helping when they can. Got my quotes back quickly. Mechanics were very open and truthful aswell as friendly too. Highly recommend Motive mechanical. Coming into Christmas it was looking like getting a driveshaft seal was going to be impossible as per majority mechanics told me.
My mate mentioned Motive and im glad he did, they gained another customer in me. I wont be going anywhere else as of now.
They repaired my Jeep no dramas at all, and the Office staff kept me well in the loop.

To me it seemed that the main focus of this business was the customer, not the vehicle. I think more effort and attention needs to be placed on making sure the vehicle is correctly serviced. Better quality control is essential.

I went in for oil leak check on my ml300 the diagnosis was quick and was done while I waited. Was given a quote quickly and could leave the car straightaway to get it fixed and was offered a hire car. In general very happy with the service and I think the cost was very genuine.Will return back for sure.

In no time Sam had my car in the workshop with their team working on it, Sam called 20 minutes later

Driving down the coast for my birthday weekend away my car surged badly. Two hours later I’m being towed and end up here. Located in a street full of mechanics I was spoilt for choice. The towie said go there they have a great reputation. These guys had a heap of cars and everyone was incredibly busy, however they made time to diagnostic test to ascertain the issue, which I could only think the worst. 2 hours later and a new set of spark plugs delivered and fitted and I was back on my way. Spoke to a few mechanics including the boss and they obviously new their stuff. Although extremely busy
