I can't complain enough about these cowboys. Had them for a mouse problem. They put 3 bait stations down including one behind the refrigerator. After 2 months the mouse smells came back, and we pulled the refrigerator out only to have a live mouse run out from behind the fridge. I called swat a ripp off and asked for my money back. Was told that she needed to speak to the manager and would get back to me. 4 days later, nothing. So I called again and another lady spoke with me, who promised to follow it up and call me back same day. Guess what no phone call. Just called again as it's only 4.20
