I started my career working in banks. I loved talking to people and helping them better understand their finances. But I soon realised there were many lenders out there with better deals, but my clients were not hearing about them. I started my business in 2014 so I could help support people through the loan process and connect them with the loan they deserve.

As a first home buyer with ZERO knowledge about anything to do with buying a home, apart from the fact that I wanted a house and we saved some money for one, we couldn't have asked for a better broker than Bob and his team. I am beyond happy with the whole experience, Bob answered all my noob-like questions promptly, I would email the poor guy at night and I think the latest he responded was around 11pm.. this guy WORKS HARD. Bob came from personal recommendation. We needed to refinance but initially the market value had plummeted so we had no equity and even Bob couldn't help. BUT Bob monitored the market and stayed in touch. As the market picked up he found us a great deal, remained in contact throughout including visiting in person too. As someone who has used Bob previously, I was not surprised to receive the same professional, no-frills service the second time around when remortgaging my apartment. Not particularly across the world of banking myself, Bob ensures everything is clearly understood and evaluates all options available rather than looking for the easiest solution.
