I cancelled with you 6 months ago and you're still taking money out from my credit card.
As mentioned over our phone call I was unhappy with the quality of work you provided and found the whole task very daunting to deal with, thought I was paying the professionals to design and build my website but seemed that I was doing all the work with the pre-made template you had sent me.
Hopefully this acts as a warning to others to first do their research before signing up and having money taken continuously out of their account.

Such a nightmare to deal with, simple changes would take over 7 days to get a response to, even when our company email went down it took them 8 days to get it working again on their server which had cost us a lot of money not being able to reply back to customer queries and online orders.
They always tried to blame it on someone else but end of the day if we're paying you to build a website and host it we expect everything to be working 100% without any issues.

These guys are possibly the worst web design company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. They claimed to be able to help address navigation issues on my shopify store, instead, they completely trashed my inventory by adding thousands of products despite me specifically asking them not to do so. Use this company at your own peril.

Wasted a lot of time using these amateurs.
When i first contacted them they had mentioned that all their work is done here in Australia and not outsourced but that was not the case.
The emails that I received back from them was in very poor English quality and full of mistakes, they could not complete simple tasks and told me to do it, I thought this was their job since I was paying them a lot of money to do it.
Seems all they do is give you a template and tell you to put it together even though they say they custom design their websites but I found the exact same template
