Felt totally abused and scammed by the whole process working with Webarena. Totally unprofessional. Spent $4000 and never ever had a website at the end of the whole process. Ended up having to spend the same amount of money with another company which is professional and did do what I asked Webarena to do.
Would never, ever recommend then to anyone...ever!

I have been with Webarena for a while and overall I am not impressed. The CMS system is clunky and half the time does not work, it is slow and tedious. But my major gripe is that their servers crashed and disabled most of my website and they want me to pay to repair their mistake. Would not recommend to anyone.

If you want to look at one of their 'quality' websites then just look at mine (www.penguin-ms.com.au) - they experienced a MAJOR crash through their host where they lost all images across many of their clients and advised all their clients they will fix at a cost of $66 p/hour - even though wasn't the fault of the client (me), but their host.
They are very slow to make anything happen and are quick to take your money yet slow to deliver. They also want up front payment in full yet once they
