I've always had a pleasant experience at this Medical Centre. Dr Wilson Leow is a very thorough and caring doctor who listens to concerns and will do what he can to help. Our whole family have now converted to this clinic.

Doctor Angela Bruce is amazing doctor, she has helped me with all my needs.
However the Receptionist name Sarah is very Rude on the phone, she doesn’t care about customer service or about your needs.
I would like to report her as she is always rude to me and other customers, if you ask her a question she will just sigh and roll her eyes.

My daughter was really sick with a recurring Kidney infection and Dr Linsell was so kind and thorough with her. I have now changed all my kids to this practice as I feel the care is at a much higher standard than our previous practice.

My 11 month old baby developed a very high fever which was a suspected ear infection which we desperately needed to have checked. Yet this practice wouldn’t see him until he had had a covid test. Waiting 3 days to see a baby with a fever (during a time of months with zero community transmissions) is absurd. No duty of care at this establishment. Don’t waste your time.

From the time I entered the Albury, Wondonga Family Medical Centre I was greeted with a friendly smile from the receptionist in Sabrina and Melanie.
Dr Angela Bruce whom I was Very Lucky to see, went beyond the call of Duty in her examination, she found something she was not happy with and Immediately arranged a Blood Test and an Ultra Sound to make sure I was right to Travel Overseas. Fortunately every thing was OK but it could have been Different.
I sincerely Thank Dr Angela Bruce, Her Friendly Staff and Highly Recommend the Medical Centre to anyone who needs Medical Advise.

I have been going to this centre for many years no and have never had a problem. Reception are very helpful and pleasant, either to your face or on the phone, as are the doctors I have been seen by 4 over the years) and diabetes nurse. Highly recommend this practice.

Doctors are great.
They lady at the counter. Judges you when they don't know you. Should never judge someone unless you know the truth. I guess the blond hair lady didn't realize that I heard what she said. Only downside. Is her. Need new lady at front desk.

All three rude and one was racist and one didn't do no harm as In Hippocrates way. he refused medication for Blood.
Go to another as good doctors are booked out it seems.
Google should have no star rating and go-to HCC or AHPRA or HREOC. In Jesu Mary Jos Saint.s prayers do real good like Fred Hollows as what goes round comes in charity just.

Professionally run medical practice, in particular my doctor Dr Kumar is very professional, efficient but not rushed, and seems to really know his stuff. Sometimes a small wait but not as bad as at some places. Recommended.

Albury Wodonga Family Medical Centre provides a very good service. I have seen many of the doctors at this clinic and with the excepion of one have found the service and GPs knowldge to be excepional. I would not hesitate to recomend this service.
