Dion's experience saw him working in Estate Planning for high net worth individuals, families, vulnerable beneficiaries, international residents and business owners.
We provide an initial consultation where we'll sit down with you (in the comfort of your own home) and help you establish what exactly is included in your estate. Once we've learned a little bit about you and your circumstances, we work with you to develop a plan for your assets, your dependants and provide you with the best options.
A Will is a way of recording how you intend to distribute your estate when you die. A Will must contain certain clauses, must be written down on paper and must be witnessed correctly, otherwise, a special application to court will be needed for your Will to be recognised, costing extra time and money.

Dion was highly professional and knowledgeable when providing much needed advice for an updated Will, including a course of action and benefits for a Power of Attorney. There are so many areas to Wills and POA that can be troublesome, and Dion provided all the knowledge I needed to make the right decisions for my needs. The fee was very reasonable given the amount of information that Dion imparted during our conversations. Dion McCurdy from Direct Lawyers is an absolutely, dead-set awesome lawyer. He can do almost anything. He is a whiz working with templates and he will help make light work of serious projects, even if you do not need a lawyer for the role.
