We would like to send a big thank you to Sam Bernardo and his team at Renmark Homes for their recent professional assistance with following up a pesky water leak showing up in our garage.
Our home was built by Renmark some 8 years ago now. Thanks to the wonderful job they did there were very few follow up matters required to be dealt with by Renmark.
However a couple of years ago there developed some minor water leakage in our garage when it rained heavily. Renmark did not shy away from taking ownership of the problem. Being a house built on three levels , tracking the source of the leak was

During the quoting phase, Sam (Bernardo) was very interactive in seeking clarification and providing alternatives to the inclusions and materials I was wanting. It was clear from the outset that he was customer focused as he was genuinely interested in our needs.
