I cannot commend Sian and the rest of the Rutherford team more highly. They went above and beyond to ensure that I could purchase a special gift, just as their stores were about to close recently. They provided me with additional photos as I was not able to physically go in and see the earrings, then followed up promptly to ensure they could send them out asap. As usual, the quality of their jewellery and customer service was exceptional. Thanks again team Rutherford! You are yet to disappoint

We went into Rutherford because they didn't have a guard at the door waiting to spear-tackle us, and the feel of the store front was a lot nicer than all the others along Collins St.
When we went inside we spoke with Karen and she was really lovely. Her and her colleague picked out some beautiful rings in our price range and one was a serious contender for an engagement ring.
Overall the experience was great and we would recommend going here if you're looking for some really nice jewellery.

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Rutherford, especially James, a few months ago when my partner and I had my engagement ring made.
I looked at quite a few reputable jewellers before choosing Rutherford. What really stood out for me was the genuine and welcoming way they dealt with their customers. I don't wear fine jewellery and am usually dressed very casually, so I probably don't look like a typical customer. I went into their Collins St and Block Arcade stores a number of times and each time was treated with the same attention as anyone else - which I have to say was unfortunately

My engagement ring from Rutherford is gorgeous! I am incredibly happy with the quality, especially as it was custom made to my specifications. We have gone through Rutherford to get my fiancé’s wedding band, and they have made it an easy experience with friendly staff and amazing attention to detail. Could not speak more highly of them!

My experience with Rutherford was nothing short of perfect. As a first time ring buyer, they walked me through every part of the process incredibly well. I came out of my experience at Rutherford with a beautiful, well made, unique and custom ring for my fiancé. The staff were incredibly professional, patient with my lack of knowledge and understanding when it came to deposits and timeframes. Safe to say I will be choosing Rutherford for the rest of my life, and recommending them to all my friends and family. Bought an expensive diamond ring from Rutherford and within weeks one of the claws broke. They asked me if I had done the gardening in it!! I had hardly worn it at all and was very careful with it. They charged me $120 to replace one claw and told me I being too rough with it - they were making excuses for poor workmanship. Another 2 claws broke a couple of months later and one of the diamonds fell out. I did not want to go back to Rutherford so I took it to another jeweler who said the claws were all in bad shape. He replaced all of the claws for $8 each and several years on I have no problems

Dee was so incredibly accommodating and helpful with my wedding ring and engagement ring. They custom made my ring based off what I had seen on their collection. They made it to my dimensions and helped us pick a diamond in our price range. They also rushed a ring so it would be done in time for our wedding. I am so happy with my ring and it's everything I dreamed of! Thank you to the staff and store for your excellent collection and support!
