Many clients who discover major defects in their home or offices following a Structural Inspection engage us to take on the full Project Management- engaging trades, coordination of material purchase, completing the engineering design, submitting to council and making sure it all goes to plan during the construction phase.
BRIC Consulting Engineers have a highly qualified team of draftees who are well equipped to deliver Architectural Working Drawings for two-storey, single-storey homes, Patios and Landscaping Packages. We can get them ready from concept drawings all the way to Council approvals. We also work with our preferred architect, who can assist with planning and design requirements for more complex packages.
