This is Frank my wingman and chief of operations @ timber gym, in fact Frank is responsible for TIMBER GYM. Following a globe-trotting decade in which I won three world natural bodybuilding championships, I was still freelancing in TV (I'm A Celebrity, Get me out of Here, PGA golf) when I moved to this property in Hunchy.

They did not fully install our gym. They left the floor to the gym in my garage since May (6 months ago). I’ve called multiple times and left a message. No one has returned my call. This is the first review I have ever left in my life. I just don’t know what else to do

Timber Gyms came to my house yesterday after being given very short notice on their end. Clint, the owner, was extremely professional, experienced, considerate, and knowledgeable. He took the time to review the best location to built the swing set and had it done very quickly. I hear people complain about prices of swing sets, but you do get what you pay for. I would strongly recommend Timber Gyms! Thank you for going out of your way for my install!!

This companies owner Timber Gym Sales in Newington Connecticut took $6900.00 back in May of 2020 for a Creative Play Thing Swing Set BUT and BEFORE I purchased this unit i said to him on the phone It is my Grand Daughters 1st birthday and need it to be on site by July 10th 2020 for the Children to enjoy and as it was a Gift form Nonnie. The owner said that was fine as it would be 8 to 10 weeks. July 8th 2020 I called to see what time he will be here and told me that the truck did not come in. He then told me to call representative Vito the sale representative for Creative Play Thing said Timber

I brought my almost one year old here. I love the idea of an indoor play space for the winter and Timbergyms has lots of big, fun and quality pieces to play on. The bounce house is especially fun! It was also helpful to have a designated spot for a snack break! Since my son is on the younger side, I will wait to return again in a year or two. There are several Fisher Price Style play places that were just his size like mini-houses, kitchens and even a tool desk but no toys to go with them. There also were a few things that could have used new batteries, a professional cleaning or a complete replacement

Annie is a fantastic instructor with so much knowledge. I always looked forward to going and felt fabulous afterwards. I highly recommend Timber Gym to anyone of any fitness level, you will not regret it and be hooked after your first session. I would still go if I didn't move too far away. Thanks Annie, miss you x

Brought my 3 year old as we were considering having a birthday party here this winter. I'm really glad we visited before booking.
I don't think anything has been cleaned in years. Piles of dust and dirt on the equipment, floor, dried up spilled drinks on play kitchen.
I would not feel comfortable serving food here. Missing hand rails on equipment.
Staff busy watching YouTube videos entire time we were there. Bounce house has zero lighting, very dark.
Reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because my toddler enjoyed it, but the slides were too big for her and scared her. I definitely don't think

We had my son’s birthday party here today. I will have another party here. They were amazing. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a party. You can’t beat the price for what you get and they do literally everything for you. I was widowed less than a year ago so the thought of a birthday party was a big anxiety for me. They took all of the anxiety out. Adults relax and take pictures while the staff takes care of everything. The kids all had a blast with every activity. I definitely think this is the best place in the area.

My stay here was Devine... for me it was a much needed little escape from the hustle and bustle of life. I loved it here, it was just the ideal place to unwind. During the days I explored Montville and Maleny and at night I rested by the fire with a glass of red wine. It was perfect! Also did a workout at the Timber Gym! How cool is that!!😮 wow! That was a fun workout! Also, Annie the owner is so lovely and made me feel so welcome. I will definitely be going back! I did not want to leave.

Lack of customer service is the reason for this 1 star rating. Have been trying to get our set "tuned up" for the last 3 years and the response is "you're on the list and we're in your area, should be soon" No follow ups, no organization. Last time we called we were told the manager would call us back in a few minutes...nothing. When you buy a product and part of that purchase is the maintenance they promise to perform for you, there is an expectation that that service will actually be performed and in a timely manner.
