Established in 2002, Appealing Painters are a family owned and run business, recently relocated to the Clarence Valley for our beautiful landscapes and friendly, relaxed country community and lifestyle. Team leader and business owner, Scott Fawcett, was born into a family of painters - his father and his brother both owned successful painting and decoration businesses.
Scott was immersed in an atmosphere of highly dedicated professionals from a very early age, learning from the best in the trade and developing his own skills and talents in design, technique and restoration. There was never any doubt about what he would do at the end of this very long apprenticeship, and the inception of Appealing Painters in 2002 was the natural culmination of a young lifetime learning the trade.

Industrial and commercial painting and restoration can be quite different to domestic work. There may be a range of different surfaces and materials that need specialised treatments, branding and design elements to consider as well as ensuring all personnel are safe and protected during the painting, remediation or restoration processes.
Appealing Painters are specialists in Body Corporate painting in the Clarence Valley, Coffs Coast, Ballina and surrounding areas. We are experienced in both domestic and commercial contract work, and will liaise with the Body Corporate, Real Estate Agents, property owners and tenants to ensure projects are managed on time and on budget, and ensure as little disruption to tenants and owners as possible.
Many older buildings and other structures have been painted with lead-based paints, which were once used extensively. We now know that lead is toxic and presents potential health and environmental problems. Removing lead based paints requires specialised processes that lift them without damaging the underlying substrate or releasing lead particles into the air and environment.

We engaged Scott and his team to paint our Unit complex in Yamba.
The work was interrupted by the rain and floods, but when they were able to commence painting they were amazing.
Scott, his wife and Dave basically did our complex which included 2 double story units and 9 units.
Their workmanship was fantastic, they were very caring for all owners and very fastidious. Dave is a very experienced painter and pointed out a few issues to me which was great.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to do any paint job

Scott is by far the Best Experienced painting contractor in the area in my opinion with his expertise. His business can be relied upon to do a really top job for you as you can be assured of the fine Quality of his workmanship and he is trustworthy too. He was very easy to discuss things with, a nice guy. Our overall experience was Great, as we couldn't be happier with the perfect finished result in the appearance and transformation of our exterior painting of our house. It more than met my expectations, which are of a high standard. He did the work with no issues to fault at all and Dave worked
