Coastal Electric started in 2011 as an industrial electrical business in Sydney, working mainly for multinational companies in FMCG and pharmaceuticals. Working in the industrial sector taught us a lot about service and accountability. We decided to take this understanding and overlay it onto the residential stream of air conditioning and general electrics.
This was definitely the right thing to do. Our business grew exponentially thanks to a steady stream of referrals and repeat business. I called Aaron from Coast Air and Electrical and discussed the work I needed done and made a time for a quote.
I did get the obligatory 3 quotes but chose Coast Air and Electrical because Aaron arrived on time, listened attentively and gave me a constructive explanation in terms I could understand.
When the quote arrived it was value for
