We are a locally owned & operated florist, conveniently located in the heart of Tamworth CBD. My love for flowers goes way back, an adventurous kid, who was very inquisitive, always out & about, up a tree, in the garden; covered in dirt, up the mulberry tree after school; uniform covered in juice (much to the chagrin of my mother) you get my drift.

Visited this florist today, seeking a posey in an oasis for an elderly friend who has just come out of hospital. I was only in town this morning before travelling back to Sydney. The assistant was very rude, informing me that there was no way she could provide anything for me for at least 24hrs because it was Mother's Day Week. She said "That's just the world we live in". Frankly, if this is the kind of service this business can supply, they should lock the door at peak periods.

Lovely flowers! Business was really easy to get in contact with and ask questions, even responding to my initial query at around 9pm via email.
They were even able to change the delivery time a few days before it was planned to be delivered, and change the included card the night before delivery. Will totally be using them in future.

Not as easy to deal with as I expected. I generally like to support small businesses particularly as there tends to be a better level of communication and service (and this florist was fantastic years ago when they did my wedding flowers). Unfortunately this wasn't my experience with Tall Poppies Florist on this occasion. I had emails go unanswered and had to chase up and when I did ring (which was several times) received responses that didn't answer my fairly straight forward questions. I also tried to speak to the owner on two occasions when the staff were unable to provide guidance but they

I have been a customer of Tall Poppy Florist for many years now, and Erin has seen me through many events, births, deaths, marriages, anniversary’s, and many others in between. Erin is always happy and bubbly and takes the time to talk to you and ensure that what is being sent is exactly what you want.
