Services
The founding partner of Davis Lawyers is Paul Davis who has over 35 years of legal experience specialising in commercial, finance and property law. Upon graduating from the University of Queensland with dual degrees in Commerce and Law (with honours) Paul began his legal career with the pre-eminent Brisbane legal firm, Feez Ruthning (now Allens Linklaters).
At Davis Lawyers, our focus is practical legal advice. Our specialist practice areas are structured to service commercial clients. In particular, our work areas include real estate, financial services, projects, corporate advisory, agricultural business advisory and debt recovery. We do not undertake non-commercial work in areas such as criminal, family or personal injuries.
At Davis Lawyers, our focus is on providing legal assistance to non-bank money lenders, primarily for mortgage backed lending. We specialise in documenting loan facilities and debt recovery regardless of the loan size or location of the security property. We act for mortgage and caveat lenders in all Australian States and Territories, whose loan books range from $500,000 to over $250 million, including public companies.
Our team has extensive experience in property transactions in both Queensland and New South Wales, and act for diverse cliental in a variety of property matters including mortgagee sales, community strata titles, off the plan developments, and residential, commercial, industrial and rural purchases and sales.
