Our dedicated team consists of 3 fully qualified service technicians, a 2nd year apprentice & 2 part time office administrators. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service, getting your car back on the road as soon as possible. We are members of the VACC, and are an authorized workshop for book servicing of new cars.
In 1990 Ted sold the business to his son Alan, and his wife Lois Cahill, who then took the reins for the next 13 years. By 2003, Alan & Lois felt it was time to move on, & sold the business to Scott & Julie Campbell. After 10 years in business Scott & Julie felt it was time to pass on the baton to their long time, dedicated workshop foreman, Heath Maxted.
We are proud to be able to offer an extensive range of solutions for our customers. Backed by a wealth of experience within the automotive industry, we have the knowledge and understanding to complete each job at the highest level of professionalism and quality. As we're a member of the VACC, you can rest assured that any work that we do will absolutely not affect the warranty of your vehicle.

Firstly, I have visited their workshop to get a quote. They gave me an appointment for two weeks later. Two weeks later I drop my car to get a quote at 8 AM and when I went to pick up my car at 3.15 PM my car wasn't ready. They charged 300$ !! They charged 70$ just for scanning and other small things without asking me. Eventually, I paid 300$ just for a quote, and they didn't fix anything. Don't trust other comments, I think they could be fake. It is highly recommended if you like to waste your time and money.

The reason I do so, and will continue to do so, is that I trust their Honesty and Integrity when telling me and others what is wrong with my car or what works are required.
I am able to give a number of examples of both myself and others where Heath and the team have worked with a customer to give them the best outcome at the best price where other workshops are happy to just make a quick buck
Personally recommend this business to everyone!

Had great service at Ted Cahill motors, after being told from a Dealer that i needed a airflow meter for my patrol, and that would cost $1000 plus fitting, ( i could fit that myself but they said warranty issues if i did it), went to see Heath, and explained the issues i had, his view was that it was nothing to do with the airflow meter, but his view was that it was my fuel pump, which it was what the problem turned ot too be, if i had gone with the dealer they would have charged me over $1000, and the problem still would not have neen fixed. Great service from Heath

After having air con issues i took my car to the local dealership who quoted $5k to fix. I took my car to Heath for a service and asked him to have a look and to give me a price. He fixed the problem for just over $600 what a difference. Will never go through the dealership again. Have used Heath on a few occasions and always great service.
