Craig was fast in getting a quote to me and getting his boys on the job the next day. The tenants were stressing that they would freeze without the heating. Reece and his offsider were polite and efficient and price was great value for such a professional service. Would definitely use again and highly recommend

Arrived on time, tested and repaired my gas heating system.
They provided a wealth of information and schooled me on the ins and outs of my heating unit, which was well received.
I found them to be competitive on price, knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy and I would highly recommend their services.

Technician was lovely however when I called to book Craig the owner told me over the phone that the cost was $130 including first hour of labour. When technician worked 10mins under an hour and says cost $155! Called Craig and he denied ever stating that to me! Will never use them again! Not for the $25 but for the principle of not lying to ur clients.

Extremely fast & reliable service.
My gas hot water unit needed to be replaced so via a simple Google search I came across Craig's Gas & Plumbing.
From the time I called to the completion of the job, the total turn around time was under 4 hours on the same day. Yes that's right 4 HOURS. Fantastic service.
The new unit was neatly installed & my old unit was also removed for recycling.
Even the pricing was excellent.
5 Star service all the way.
