A mermaid is a mermaid by virtue of its design as is a ball gown, but each individual silhouette can be further accentuated and beautifully enhanced by the addition of an essential piece of shapewear: a hoop. Fit and Flare: Mermaids and Trumpets gowns like her are very good friends with a lovely and light little hoop named ELLA.

We know that engagement times vary so we endeavour to make sure we have a gown available for all of our brides. To do this, we keep our delivery times shorter than other stores and keep some of our stock of our most popular pieces in our HQ for a quick purchase.

I wasn’t overly excited to try on dresses as I dislike trying clothes on in general but Sam really helped break the ice! Even though I didn’t find “The” dress today! Sam made me feel very comfortable and confident in dresses that I said I’d never wear! 10/10 recommend! She is so sweet and easy to get along with! Hoping to come back in a couple of months to try and find “The” dress with Sams help!

Had the most wonderful experience with Jada. I went in with an idea in mind and she worked with me to find the PERFECT option. So kind and fun, and made me feel so special - found the perfect dress to accentuate my curves, within my budget and best of all it was something I would not have picked up myself, but she found me the most stunning, perfect option. The whole experience was really wonderful, I am so happy I decided to make that booking :)

My consultant Sam was absolutely amazing! It was my first dress try on experience and I was feeling really nervous but Sam put my mind at ease! Sam was really kind, observant and listened to my feedback on each dress that I tried on- it was like she knew what I wanted before I did! I chose my dress and it was love at first sight! Luv Bridal was recommended to me by my sister-in-law and they were fantastic! Our consultant Sam was amazing and was the one who picked out my dress! I went in thinking I wanted a sweetheart A-line and came out with a strapless princess ballgown that looks incredible and makes me feel like a beautiful bride! She let us take as much time as we needed and made awesome suggestions about adding sleeves. They were also very accommodating about us zooming my family in and taking lots of pictures. And they threw in a sample veil for free! Can't get better <3

As a bride who has a general idea of the "vibe" I want but have never had any experiences trying on dresses before, the Luv Bridal team and my consultant were what I needed. I filled in the online form beforehand and gave them a range of the dresses I liked, or if they missed the mark, what I didn't like - So they could understand the brief. (Fun fact I didn't know: Seamstresses who will tailor your dress can also add/remove parts of the dress, add sleeves, etc.)

Michelle made my first bridal shopping experience so easy. She was so genuine in wanting to provide the best for me! I had a not so great experience with an online purchase and needed to get a dress in a very limited time-frame. I was able to try on a few clothes and picked my dress that very day! I can't recommend and thank Michelle enough. She really went above and beyond by fitting me in at the last minute between two other bridal sessions. I felt so special and looked after. Thank you.

Loved my dress and the effort sales staff went to have this perfected for me. They arranged for the dress I liked to be brought up from Sydney in a different colour option and there was no pressure to buy if it wasn't right which really made this store stand out. I would be mindful to brides to beware of buying what is available in a larger size to have it brought in. I was told there would be no problem in buying a dress 2 sizes bigger to have it brought in. It was brushed off as a very common thing to do. I was quoted over the phone in store by the sales lady who made a swift call to their recommended

Michelle helped me pick out my perfect wedding dress and I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. My family is back in Canada so I was going dress shopping with them on video call and Michelle helped make the whole experience so fun and effortless. We were eloping within a month of buying the dress and I was very happy with the large selection of dresses I was able to choose from to take away on the day. Luv Bridal was the first store I visited to look for my wedding dress and it didn’t disappoint. From the moment my maid of honour and I walked in, Jada was so kind and helpful.
