Has the ownership changed? I used to find this a great quality florist in the area. Recent experiences I have found flowers tend to be old, a lack of customer service (have to ask for assistance while staff are sitting out the back eating and then staff chat amongst themselves rather than engaging with the customer), wrapping is weird colours that don’t compliment the flowers and ribbon isn’t coordinated.

The flowers here are beautiful. Everytime I go there the staff have always been attentative and helpful. They also have such pretty flower arrangements for sale in vases.
I'd also like to say a huge thank you to the staff and Karen who created my beautiful wedding bouquet at such short notice. They are amazingly beautiful!
