First few orders on parts were great but once we started to order further parts, things started going wrong. Wrong materials used, parts were half finished, poor cutting on detailed smaller parts and in all this, wanted us to pay for 50/50 for their mistakes which they admitted. Our business has cut ties with them now and will be using Fractory from now on, a much more modern service.
