Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
One word disaster ,held me on over a month to give me a roof report and then pretended like we never talked about it I have texts saying he would get it typed tomorow day after and goes on ,service and promises were unsatisfactory not sure if he can deliver a job promised , from my experience

I can’t say enough about the job well done that Andrew and his team did, my new gutters looks awesome. Andrew is a trusted old school bloke who won’t give you BS, I had a few quotes before Andrew came along, some claimed to be the best in Australia and others just gave me a not feel right feelings. After a conversation with Andrew that’s all it takes, I’m so happy that I even give him 2 cartons of Strong Bowl Classic, thanks again Andrew and the boys

For someone like me who knows nothing about roofing! Andrew was incredible help! who doesn't rip you off like a whole lot of other roofers that came to look a a full re-roof of my home.! so happy with my new colorbond roof! he made it look stylish and neat! I rang Andrew for a roof repair as my roof was leaking. We agreed to get the work done on a Monday at 11am. I called him at 1130am to see if he was coming and he said he’d forgotten. He assured he me he would come later that day as I’d taken a day off work. At 2:30pm I call him again to see what time he’d get to my house only to be told that he was too ‘knackered’ and wasn’t interested in the job anymore.
What kind of business arranges plans/meetings, forgets and then completely dismisses the customer? On top of that, he now ignores my calls. Just remember that last bit, he ignores
