As a blonde I was so terrified to colour my hair! My first experience with the Becky B team was over 3 years ago and haven’t stopped going back since. They make me look fabulous whilst keeping my hair healthy.… For any type of highlighting or blondes in general would 10 out of 10 recommend. These ladies also are so much fun and you enjoy every visit, thank you ladies for your hard work and amazing environment. Wouldn’t recommend it more and definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The team at Becky B are incredible! I can walk in and say “I don’t know what I want” or show them a photo “something like this” and they make magic happen! I always leave feeling absolutely amazing! They never compromise the health of my hair. The atmosphere is fun and easy. Prices are incredibly reasonable considering how educated the Becky B team are in the hair industry and the quality of products they use. I have always had a 10/10 experience in the few years I have been going to Becky’s! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Flat out refused to do my brown regrowth with what I know works on my stubborn hair. Refused to do scalp bleach and told me it was illegal. And that was the owner. Never heard anything so ludicrous in my time… as a blonde. Fortunately I was able to get an appointment with a blonde specialist at a different salon who was more than happy to do what I asked and gave me the most amazing hair I've ever had. Don't waste your time here, especially Blondes.

Had my hair keratin straighted and was booked for colour for 2wks later. (I Been having my hair keratin for 10yrs at different salons) worst keratin I have ever had took 5hrs. Hair hardy different & now frizzy in places. Complained went in and showed them, said would only redo parts with keratin when they did colour.
Went in for colour of full head of foils and toner, and keratin repair, took another 5hrs, Looks like it not foiled properly and toned brassy after asking for no brassy colour. Still have stong regrowth lines. Went back next day and Complained again and sent email with photos. Was

Had a half head of foils supposed to be blonde/caramel they are more gold a toner put on and a trim. Cost $290 was a rip off. The most amount of foils put in was about 15. Not happy. They say foils $150 toner $55 and charged $85 for a trim it was the smallest amount taken off. Would not recommend them to anyone. Thanks Leanne

The girls at Becky B are the literal BOMB 💥 (not to mention bombshell humans) .. they have nurtured my hair back to luxurious health over the last 5 years .. with their mad skillz ⚡️ crossing generations .. as… I now trust them with all the decisions my gorgeous teen is beginning to make with whatever the kids are saying are ‘cool’ .. but I’m clearly cheugy for even saying that ..

After giving it a day (and natural lighting) to settle into my new colour, I'm coming back with a raving review on not just the colour job but also the customer service provided by not just one but all the girls within Becky B Hair North Lakes. They are a welcoming bunch that can make even the most socially awkward person more comfortable. I was made part of the discussion revolving around what I wanted to do with my hair and given more viable options that in the end worked better for me than the initial colour that I had in mind. All the ladies there are a wonderful, friendly, know how to crack

Went in for hair style and colour. Style well questionable, colour didn't happen. They did the roots a deep red which I wanted all over and went I went back after a complaint, she said I only asked for roots. Why would I have deep red roots and light colour over rest of my hair, why would the girl drying it say what a lovely colour. It looked OK wet and in the dark, but once dry and sunlight it looked terrible.
For the cost of nearly $200 it was a rip off.

Continually the best cut and colour I've had!! All of the girls are brilliant, they're friendly and give honest advice (when I've had some really bad ideas). I actually like going to get my hair done these days. Oh and if you're really tired or have a headache they just work away quietly and let you close your eyes, I love that they can read their clientele's needs.

Walked in and greeted with a friendly welcome and seated straight away. Maddy was amazing and Bethany who cut my hair was also amazing, honest and worked my beautifully. They just have a great vibe there so they'll be my go-to salon now!!!! I've already booked to go back with my sister. Great quality and service👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
ps: other than there not being enough allocated parking for them that's my only neg feedback but I didn't care for the little walk down a few spaces lol not after that great experience😁
