Lack of communication, returning calls, emails… and then send an email every week for 18 months like clock work saying money is owed that was paid at a settlement. When the ‘new’ owners took over.. somehow, they forgot to let me know.. or action anything for me.. because they ‘didn’t know’ I existed.. I have actually made sure I’ve told people NOT to go to Rose Lawyers

They could actually "do something " - they never answer calls or emails, do paperwork wrong and cause extra problems, don't give any help to clients and then refuse to pay tbe money they get from Estates. The question should be how could they be worse.... THEY CAN'T !!

I implore anyone who reads this to go to another lawyer. I predict that Rose Lawyers will have a name change shortly or just go out of business. For i cannot understand how Philip Gallo conducts business at all? Impossible to communicate with, sick of hearing his excuses. Gets to a point that you can't be bothered communicating with him anymore. This becomes very difficult, frustrating and stressful, especially when you have a lot at stake, or a lot to lose. All i asked for was progress reports and all i got was "2 weeks", this went on for 7 Months! UNBELIEVABLE! Had to sack him and engage another

This law firm handled my mothers estate in 2019 and are now unfortunately handling my brothers estate and I can honestly say on both occasions their service has been very poor. On both occasions, their communication has been non existent. They are extremely slow and have been completely non responsive. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

went to rose lawyers to get custody for my kids havent seen them in 2 years. Phill was not responding or answering my calls. Kept lying to me that the work was getting done. Nothing got done all ringing for payments. End result lost custody in a 2 year battle.wouldnt recomend him for family court. Have to start all over.
