Completely unreliable. Had a technician booked for 8:30am, by 8:40am still nothing and no phone call. Called the 1300# and Buddhi advises me the technician is stuck in traffic (mind you it’s school holidays and 1st appointment of the day) and will be 5-10mins away. I said I can’t really afford to wait much longer but Buddhi insisted his on his way and will be 5-10mins. Still no technician 15mins later!! Very unacceptable, my husband and I took the morning off work for this appointment, complete waste of time. I understand people run late but 1/2hr and no call is ridiculous! Gladly spend money
