Disappointing experience as it turned out, unfortunately. We paid them a lot of money for sewer repairs. But they won't return to fix any of their previous ineffective repairs or honour any statutory warranty.
Update: Following my review, the owner David has threatened me personally and this matter is now referred to the NSW Office of Fair Trading and NSW Police.
Update: Hey David, it is also inappropriate to threaten, intimidate and harrass a customer. According to the NSW Office of Fair Trading, this is against the law and breach of your licence conditions. This is in addition to the breach

I had a really straightforward and professional experience with Aqua King and would certainly use them again. I filled out their online form, got a short call to clarify the issue later that day, booked in, and they came on time. The job was a simple one and done really quickly, the plumber left things very tidy and was a much nicer experience than other plumbers we've used. Thanks for running a really professional business and I'll be sure to come back in the future.

After having these guys out for both a sewer and a stormwater blockage since January, I cannot fault them.
Especially after the last one, the guys worked so hard with all their gadgets to avoid having to dig up some very deep pipes, and know with confidence that job has been done properly and completely.
Cannot recommend them enough.

Agree with the other 5-star reviews. We had Aqua King reline our old 1950s pipes a few years ago and have not had any problems since. More than that, the professionalism and competence of the team was a pleasure to deal with; and much better than any of the other experiences we'd previously had trying to get this problem resolved.

Cant thank these guys enough, from my first call to Renee who fitted me in quickly to David and Dylan coming to my property and working out what had caused my bathroom ceiling to collapse due to water damage from a broken pipe after a local plumber I had used for years didn't investigate all possibilities and I ended up spending money/time on my upstairs bathroom which wasn't the issue at all. The boys explained and showed me before fixing the leak, cleaned up and disposed of the mess I didn't expect them to do, and wrote me a letter for insurance purposes. Will recommend them to everyone, thanks
