I cannot speak highly enough about Foxman Auto Repairs. I’d had a very bad experience buying a car & was extremely nervous & distrustful about pretty much the entire industry. Sam at Foxman renewed my faith by being honest, diligent, giving me a great deal & spending some time talking with me to put me at ease (he should be a Doctor!). I’ve taken my car back whenever it’s due for service/rego/pink slip/whenever I don’t understand why my car is making that “brrrgrrrmrrrr” noise. (That noise is often just the engine & they don’t charge to tell me that lol

We go past a lot of mechanics to intentionally go to Sam at Foxman Auto Services. His customer service is exceptional — better than we've ever received elsewhere. He is honest, efficient, very communicative, and willing to bend over backwards to ensure we get the best service possible. Foxman Auto Service turned a bad day into a great one. A broken down car was towed in a timely manner to the shop, fixed, washed, cleaned and returned within a couple of hours. I am so impressed with their customer service and professional attitude. Very happy with the prices as well. Highly recommend and will make them my regular mechanics going forward.

Dishonesty around my most recent regular service was really disappointing. I was charged over a thousand dollars for more hours than the car was in their shop (and was told only one mechanic worked on it), the car still had the issues I took it in with. Most upsettingly, I was told that my remote key was dead and needed replacing ($400+). I took the car elsewhere and they just changed the key battery for free: it still works great, and car is running much better, with wheel alignment solid and noticable brake noise gone.
