I waited 4 days for a single quotation for a simple house and contents insurance policy from Remingtons Insurance Brokers Ballarat.
Max Seery was totally useless in providing this for me after following up 3 times to find out when l would recieve the quotation l still didn't get a formal written quote or even a response for that matter.
Totally disgraceful service they have lost my business l was looking at insuring my four properties with them.

Max did not give me a price and l did not make the decision not to proceed that is totally false!

I've used Trinette McKoy - Insurance Broker Torquay for several years to provide my liability insurance. The Trade package also covers Lap Top/Mobile and my tools. Really easy to deal with and very competitive rates compared to other providers. It's great to just be able to focus on my business and know I'm covered.
