Our principle service is providing high quality insurance advice. We identify what insurance coverage is required and where our client is likely to get 'value for money'. We review contracts and tender documents for our clients to identify the risks you are assuming under contract. We will then assist you to understand which of these risks are insurable and which are not.
At Robinson Insurance Broking Services, we pride ourselves on the quality and calibre of our staff. We will pick up the phone when you call and promise a quick turnaround, usually on the same day. Our personalised service ensures we know you and your business by name, not just by number. Andrew was formerly an Account Director of international broker Aon and spent a total of 18 years with Sedgwick, Marsh and Aon.
RIBS redesigned and replaced the client's insurance programme saving 20% in premium. This saving enabled the client to purchase an additional policy that RIBS had identified as a critical coverage gap. The additional policy was called upon 18 months later and paid a $250,000 claim. Each property and investment trust was separately insured (different coverage, premium and expiry dates).
