Been here a few times for engagement and wedding rings. Staff are friendly and really know their stuff. Cannot speak highly enough of the attention to detail given to you as a customer here + prices are really good. Their product selection is perhaps less “customisable” than other places but personally we found this way better since weren’t overwhelmed in choices. The options that are available for rings are really nice.
Be sure to wait for Black Friday sales since they are an online store primarily even though their showrooms are really nice, they do have sales on sometimes.

With 100 years of heritage and trained business leaders in the field on gemmology I purchased a lovely engagement ring. The added bonus of having personal contact for fittings was perfect and service was 100 % perfect.
Oh…we had our ring valued for insurance purposes and it came out at 50% more than we paid and the assessor commented “a fine piece”

I couldn't be more happier to have bought my ring from Diamond Exchange. The staff there are very knownledgable about diamond, I felt like I have taken a gemology lesson after a consultation with them. I've been quite a few more places, but I am glad that I finally made the decision to buy my ring here. Laura has been so patient with all my questions, giving me a lot of options and advice.
