Communication with them was poor, they obviously don't like communicating via email as I tried to conform the appointment I had tried to make.
I was trying to get my computer to a level I could work from home yet still find myself not able to do this.
Poor communication, which is so easy these days.

Chris provides exceptional IT services. He was extremely helpful, and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond to help me with my email difficulties that my host provider could not resolve. He was very professional and was not condescending when I did not understand the questions he posed. I would highly recommend Chris for resolution of any IT problem and will definitely be using his services again for any other concerns that arise. His fees are also very reasonable !!

I inadvertently downloaded a font which made some websites unreadable. Chris responded quickly to my email, phoned earlier than expected and sorted my problem quickly and efficiently.

I HIGHLY recommend this business, I thought I had lost everything forever. I spent hours trying to find what went wrong..

Buzz A Geek were excellent. Very responsive at time of booking and excellent follow up service. The team promptly advised me of my booking time and confirmed arrival time of my Geek. They even called to advise when they were going to be slightly late.
On the day Richard, our "Geek", was most pleasant and very knowledgeable. He used language I could understand and explained my issues and possible solutions in simple terms.
For me the most impressive part was that soon after Richard left we had a problem (as we are not techie) and he spent time talking us through the issue over the phone until
