Was very impressed with the service I received from Denise. She listened to what I had to say, confirmed with me that she understood then proceeded to deliver the hair cut that was exactly what I wanted. The service from the other staff was excellent as well. I had a haircut which was good. I then booked in for hair color after consultation with one of their staff. She quoted me $205 including the full color, regrowth and toner. When i went in for the color, they told the price was more $235 and i was ready to pay extra provided i get full color and grey covered. But what i get is only half foils with regrowth and toner. To cut the long story short, i am so dissapointed with the attitude of the guy at the counter. He said he will look into the matter and get back to me. He then called and confirmed that the staff quoted me the wrong price and now they
