We have used Matthew a number of times over the past three years. He is a pleasure to deal with and has assisted us with annual pest sprays, removal of a wasp nest and to control rodents who were getting a little to close for comfort.

14.03.21 -Used Matthew for termite eradication last year. Aside from Matthew's inability to uphold or manage his schedule (Multiple follow up calls to get him back to site) , i have since learned that his offered solutions appear outdated to current solutions in the marketplace. Matthew initially drilled holes in problem areas and sprayed some sort of filler in the holes to push termites out. Matthew re-attended, discovered initial worksrequired attention & further treatment carried out (This is an expected scenario & the fact additional work was carried out on the 2nd visit, I was grateful as

Matt didn’t turn up on the Saturday when we arranged the inspection. I had to call him at the time of the inspection and we rescheduled for Sunday. This wasn’t a problem but it was a little annoying because we had to rearrange our plans. Matt completed the inspection on Sunday. He asked for cash payment and said he would email through a report. I said I would transfer money to him. He sent me a message with his account details and a message chasing up payment a day later before I had received a report. I requested the report and asked him for a screenshot of his sent items as he had claimed
