Nick grew up in the picturesque countryside of the Coltswolds in England. Leaving school at 15 he headed to London and found a Jewellery apprenticeship with one of Hatton Gardens leading Jewellers. A few years later, working with a highly skilled team of Jewellers he was putting together extraordinary orders for the privileged few.

My fiancé and I did a lot of research and shopping around before deciding on diamond exchange. Due to Covid , we had hesitations on buying a Diamond and a ring without being able to see it in person.
Michael provided the reassurance I needed. He was very responsive to emails and offered a ring that we wanted. The Diamond and the setting were competitively priced and we could not have been more pleased. There’s a grading report included in the package and it’s shipped with overnight shipping. Experience from start to finish was fantastic no matter how many questions I have for Michael.

My engagement ring was purchased 14 years ago through Diamond Exchange. To this day I still receive compliments on my ring. Not only are their products exceptional, but their customer service is phenomenal! I have needed repairs made as my setting is a princess setting and the claws need to be repaired/replaced every so often. Michael is always very accommodating in getting my ring repaired quickly on site. I get it back looking like new!! Couldn't be happier all around with my experience with the Diamond Exchange Canada. Great buying experience. Michael Baumbach was able to answer all of my questions and focus on the important factors when I was getting too tied down in the details of getting my fiancée's ring ordered. He was also super flexible with coordinating calls as I was doing this while we were both working from home under lockdown. The ring turned out amazing and my fiancée absolutely loved it (even though I got the size wrong, which Michael was able to fix no problem at all!).
