Tyler Tipping and Woods is a dynamic and innovative legal firm operating in Gippsland in regional Victoria. The firm can trace its legal roots back to the late 19th century in central Gippsland, and has a long history and heritage of service to the community. The firm took its current name in 1985, following a merger of the then legal firms of Tyler & Tipping and Rathjen, Wisely & Woods.
The firm and its predecessors have maintained offices across the region, from Warragul to Sale and Maffra, and the major Latrobe Valley centres. The firm has fostered a culture of excellence among its legal professionals, and those who are not qualified in law, but form an important part of the team.

Rang a couple of months ago and left a message for a lawyer to phone me back. After a few weeks I rang and said I've been waiting for a call and am following up. I was able to give the date and time of the call, but was told there was no way of knowing who took the call - back in the day, copies of messages taken from received calls were usually kept in a book (where slips were given to the recipient of the message), and now thanks to technology emails can be sent with message details. Apparently very simple basic tasks such as answering phone calls and passing on messages are not able to be done

I would hate to leave a negative review however if your legal matters is important to you run for the hills.
Worst decision to use Tyler Tipping Woods for legal representation. Poor advice, made to feel like my concerns were not important, filled documents late and never returned phone calls. Administration staff were rude & inefficient.
Offices were messy and unorganised.
Would be better off self representing or using a court appointed barrister.
Do not recommend.
