He carried out a termite inspection plan at my property (and also threw in some freebies).
He ran me through the whole process of how the plan would be conducted on the day of service. Would confidently answer any questions or concerns I had and was even happy to go the extra step of providing me with his insurance cover to put me at ease.
Highly recommend the staff and services at ASRS Pest Control.
Will definitely be using them in the future again.

I am very happy with the customer service I received during this service, the gentleman was very kind and friendly. He was also very punctual as he arrived on time which was very impressive considering I had only booked it in the morning. They did a great job responding to my enquires and taking the time to explain the different services they provide. Overall a great service I would definitely recommend it.

Do not recommend at all. They gave us a quote that said nothing about additional costs, and when they got here they charged as extra because there was more than one possum. They then patched up the entry, and when we heard possums trapped in there and called them back, they charged for it being a 'new job' when they trapped the possums there in the first place, and we had no choice but to pay because otherwise the poor thing would die there. They caught one, and didn't patch it up straight away to make sure they were all gone. When I told them there was still a possum they tried to charge the
