Have had 2 massages there each time, a feel of she really didn’t want to be there and was rushed into getting undressed & she kept answering the phone - ended up being 6 times! Really not worth the money paid. There is another one up the road (near the barber shop) which takes more care and treats you like royalty when you arrive)

This is a little Gem in the Northern area of Wollongong, to the south of Sydney;
While the shop-front is somewhat unpretentious and inconspicuous, I was more than pleasantly surprised with the staff's attention to details (a warm foot wash and slippers upon entry), beautifully appointed massage and treatment room, a relaxing and quiet atmosphere and a very comfortable massage table upon which I laid (at no time did I feel like my face was hurting from laying face down, which I have experienced at other venues).
Kathy tended to my sore shoulders with ample massaging skill and amazing technique

My family and I absolutely loved this place. We travelled from Sydney yesterday and had the most relaxing and therapeutic experience ever. The staff are just so friendly and professional. The premises is immaculate which is a huge plus and the atmosphere is very relaxing and tranquil.

Very negative: I was invited to undress and wait for a therapist. I was waiting practically naked in a cold room for 20 min. Then she was going to answer the phone many times. The quality of massage was very poor: she was jumping on my kidneys with her knees and punching them with her fists. The feeling was that she did not know what she was doing. I was a frequent client of True Thai massage in Melnourne. They are really the best. But here I payied more money and it was the worst massage I ever had in my life. May be this particular woman done it first time. I am not keen to try others in this
