Was an absolute pleasure to work with Zac and his team (for finding the perfect engagement ring). Would highly recommend them as they were genuinely looking forward to making our moment special!
The team was professional, patient and took care to consider specific elements that need to be thought about in looking for a ring that would last a lifetime such as style, size and budget.
They were not pushy like some jewellery shops and honestly seemed like we were the ONLY people getting an engagement ring from them (which was not the case). It made our moment feel even more special.

Zac went beyond my expectations. Their craftsmanship and value to customers are outstanding. Zac did not treat me like a customer, he was like a friend that helped me find the perfect ring that fits my budget. We bought a gorgeous bespoke emerald eternity ring and are blown away at the quality of service and craft. Zac went above and beyond throughout the whole consultation process. He worked with us on several designs and iterations and explained everything along the way.
