We are self employed and have always had issues getting finance for property when dealing with mainstream lenders because of this fact. These guys got us finance pretty much straight away (at a low interest rate), and we were able to borrow far more than we were told previously from other brokers. I have found them to be very pleasant to deal with, and I would encourage anyone looking to dabble in a bit of building or developing to give these guys a go.

I am very grateful to Darin & his team for organising our mortgage & pool loan. We were a bit more complicated due to us moving country a few times but they still managed to get us a great mortgage rate. They were in contact during the entire process and worked quickly to get us approval.

Getting an Owner builders loan by ourselves would have been incredibly difficult, and probably impossible. Getting an Owners Builders loan through Intellichoice, was still difficult but it made it possible . Totally recommend using Intellichoice to help you get your finance/loan.

My application process started in mid September 2019, and I expressed urgency initially in obtaining approval for an owner builder loan as we have had lengthy delays in our DA process to commence the build. I gave Intellichoice everything they asked for so that they could process the application as soon as practically possible. Upon sending them my bank statements through their electronic process, Intellichoice did not review the bank statements themselves before submitting them to the bank. The bank then requested further information which

Great service, very accommodating car finance specialists and learned a lot from the loan application process - the whole experience. Never thought that I could secure a car with a few marks on my credit score. Intellichoice is indeed a great place to start when you seem to have a few or zero knowledge about personal loans.
