In 2017, Guy Jordan of NibbleIT, replaced my partner's iMac with a different iMac (with a different serial number and lesser specs) under the disguise of repairing the original iMac. Guy never owned up to it when Guy was confronted, and it took taking the matter to the Wembley police for Guy to admit his nefarious actions! Guy eventually got his business insurance to cover him. AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE! What possesses someone to do this? Guy should not be trusted with your business or repairs, if he did this to my partner!!! I wish we could give this business 0 stars not 1!

To be honest I was wary of hiring anyone's services when it came to getting our laptop working again. But the personnel from Nibble IT incite trust from their action.

I experienced excellent customer service and expertise from Nibble IT and would recommend them to any of my business colleagues. My IT setup for our small family run business was a complete mess. Nibble IT explained to us the error of our ways in a very easy to understand manner and taught myself and the whole family better IT practice. With this new acquired knowledge we have increased our productivity due to the lack of time stressing IT matters. This is worth its weight in gold to us.
