Having dealt with them twice and had issues each time I felt compelled to actually write a review so other potential customers would have the opportunity to know what the purchase experience could be like. This is a very badly organised business where the staff seem to have forgotten that the point of any business is to satisfy the needs of customers. The most recent transaction was a case study in bad business organisation and bad customer service. Not only did they choose to delay a booked delivery without bothering to tell anyone (including the customer, resulting in a day spent waiting at home
