Our Adelaide artists are such an important part of the fox. We love supporting local talent and this one is at the top of that list! Claire's beautiful illustrations captured our hearts from the very beginning & we love having her as part of the fox family. She spent years living & painting in Japan & this influence can be seen in much of her work.
For the Love of Vintage (FTLOV) is a Victorian artist brand run entirely by Jess from a private studio on the Mornington Peninsula. FTLOV consists of a variety of sweet candy heart designs that encompass environmentally conscious undertones. All products are made from sustainable and/or recyclable materials - ranging from earrings, brooches, necklaces, keyrings & home decor wall hangings; all consisting of a kitsch & nostalgic feel.
With a Masters Degree in Fine Art, De Shan creates artworks she describes as 'unrestrained pop-surreal'. What WE need to know is that they are amazing! Pop Culture themes & characters from everyone's favourite TV shows, movies & bands, done in De Shan's own, unique style. 6 years ago, De Shan started her mission of creating 100 drawings in 100 days, using pen & ink, all of them by request from her fans & customers.
Krysten Basford, the brains/the brilliance behind Handmade by Krysten, considers herself a perpetual optimist, an expert high-fiver, delightfully pushy, and 100% dork. She's an Occupational Therapist by day, and recently, whilst searching for a hobby to keep her hands busy while enjoying some downtime, she found a love & a talent for embroidery!
Her partner, Farley, joined the business full time in 2010 & in 2013 the pair moved to Goolwa where they now run the brand from their gorgeous home studio. We are so excited to have Katrina & Farley join the Fox family - their commitment to quality is driven primarily by their face to face customer contact which has become a cornerstone of the business through their busy market schedule.

Well, I waited patiently for them to open.
Two people inside I thought they both worked there.(22/12/2020)
When they opened at eight minutes past nine. I entered the shop. It seems that one of the people inside the shop was a customer not a worker, the person who was actually working then proceeded to be the other persons personal shop assistant.
I waited by the counter to be served and was ignored, then the person went around the counter and still ignored me. I Sighed and the person asked if I was waiting to be served.?
I then got served proceeded to leave the shop , i glanced back and the

Had a lovely time in the shop exploring all the weird and wonderful things on offer. It's hard to find quirky stuff, so it was nice to see a place with nothing but in Tangerine Fox. Gin (the owner) was friendly, passionate and a blast to talk to! You can tell the effort she has put into the running and presentation of the store and I admit I lost track of time laughing at all the crazy little things and conversing with Gin. I definitely recommend for those looking for gifts that are outside the box and would come back again just for the experience.

I love this shop! The perfect place to find gifts and treats! I shop online often here as I don't live in Adelaide and have always have very helpful and friendly service if I need more information about products. They have a great range of lovely things. Turnaround for online orders is super quick! Thank you for all the lovely things! I will be back!
